This project focused on the integration of typography and imagery. The task was to design a 12 page book containing text by John F. Pile: Purpose, Form and Meaning. The project came with a design challenge to only use a single image of my choice. I chose to use a rotary phone and manipulated it in a number of interesting ways. I also used red as my single color choice to cut through the design and catch the reader’s attention.
